It is also a time to look forward as our current president, Jan Tolle MacDonald, passes the gavel on to her successor, Ann Margaret Young. We will have the opportunity to recognize the many contributions of our members, committee members, sponsors and the outgoing board members of our chapter with the Annual EMPI - Excellence in MPI Awards. These members have made significant contributions of their time, talent and treasure and have made many outstanding accomplishments possible over the past year.

2008 MPI MN Golf Tournament Monday, June 9, 2008 - Columbia Golf Club, Minneapolis

Registration is now open for the annual MPI MN Golf Tournament!

This year’s event will be held on Monday, June 9, 2008, at the historic and centrally located Columbia Golf Club in Minneapolis. This popular event is again sponsored by the San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau and benefits the MPI MN Foundation, which provides scholarships and educational opportunities for the chapter membership.

The Leader of the Month (LOM) award is new this year to the MN Chapter. The award is open to any active committee member. Leaders are nominated and honored by the Board of Directors for the hard work they do on a volunteer basis to make our chapter successful. Mentoring is available to members at any stage in their career who are seeking to develop new skills or make progress toward a professional goal.

CMP Boot Camp

The Minnesota Chapter of MPI is pleased to again offer the successful CMP Boot Camp for the CMP exam. This program will be held Friday, June 6 - Saturday, June 7, 2008, at The Ramada Mall of America. This weekend course is a 2-day intense review of the CMP materials, designed to equip participants with tools and skills to study for and pass the CMP test.
