Recruitment
Organizes and implements the annual membership campaign. Researches and confirms participation in effective promotional opportunities for our chapter. We track prospects, leads and follow through with supporting membership collateral.

Retention
Develops and implements membership campaigns to retain members. We coordinate two appreciation programs for new members and assist new members gain a better understanding of their involvement of the chapter.

Recognition
Sets criteria and administers the process for our Minnesota chapter awards called the EMPI (Excellence in MPI MN) presented in May. We are responsible for the ongoing recognition of sponsors and various membership achievements, and the “Up Close” column for Meeting of the Minds newsletter.

Membership Communications
Promotes and markets existing and new benefits available to members through the chapter’s media by writing, editing and meeting deadlines. This person(s) reviews the membership pages of the website and makes necessary changes to keep information current.

Supplier Circle of Excellence
This newly-formed committee has been developed to nurture supplier-planner relationships through knowledge exchange and communication.
