The other “GREEN” committee (Generate Revenue for Education Engagement and Networking). Monitor chapter finances and report at monthly board meetings; submit all tax and financial information to MPI MN; coordinate budget developments; manage MPI MN investments; cut checks; make deposits; balance accounts; and monitor budget with the help of Nonprofit Solutions. These tasks are managed by the VP of Finance and Finance Director. Committee members/leaders help with the multiple events throughout the year as well as the sponsorship and advertising.
Time commitment: 2-5 hours per week

Golf Tournament
A team of volunteers is put together within the committee to organize the Golf Tournament. This team of people will find the venue, organize, plan and manage the event and find sponsors. This event is one of the largest revenue contributors to the chapter and help is greatly appreciated! Your involvement can be as little or as big as you want it to be, as long as you are committed!

Silent Auction
A team of volunteers is put together within the committee to organize the Silent Auction at our December Holiday Event. The role of this team is to oversee the procurement of items before the event, oversee the actual auction on-site and the collection of payment for the items. This event requires some time investment from September up to the day of the event. The month prior to the event 1 to 2 hours per week may be required. After December you are free to join any other team. This event is another one of the largest financial contributors to our chapter.

Sponsorship & Advertising
Sell advertising space for the MPI MN Web site; sell advertising space for the MPI MN newsletter; solicit, track and fulfill the MPI MN sponsorship program; conduct marketing campaigns for sales initiatives for all of the above. Skills Acquired through committee participation: sales and marketing.
Time commitment: 2-5 hours per month

Monthly Meeting Raffle
We are looking for one to two volunteers to take over the monthly meeting raffle. This team will find the items to be raffled each month and will take care of the selling of the raffle tickets at our monthly meetings.
Time commitment: 2 hours a month at the most in addition to the monthly meetings.
